  • Clampseal Globe Valves
Conval offers over 12,000 configurations of U.S.-made Clampseal® forged Y-, angle and T-pattern globe stop, check, and stop check valves for power generation applications....

  • Conval offers over 12,000 configurations of Clampseal® Y-, angle and T-pattern globe stop, check, and stop check valves. Modular designs enable parts interchangeability, which means an entire plant can be supported with a small parts inventory. This reduces stocking costs, procurement expenses and maintenance training time.

These U.S.-made forged valves are available in ½" through 4" sizes through ASME #4500 Class with socket weld, butt weld, threaded, clamp connector, flanged or a variety of special ends. Materials include carbon steel SA105, low alloy SA 182-F22 and F91, stainless steel SA 182-F316, SA 182-F347, UNS S31050, Inconel™ and Monel™. Features include conformance to ASME B16.34; pressure seal bonnet for maintainability; quick-replacement packing chamber; single-piece gland with integral gland wrench; solid Stellite™ seating surfaces; and two-year warranty.
  • Camseal In-Line Renewable Metal-Seated Ball Valve
Camseal© metal-seated, in-line renewable, top-entry forged severe service ball valves come in 1/2" through 4" sizes with a variety of materials and ends and in pressure classes up to ASME 4500....

  • Camseal© high-quality, metal-seated, in-line renewable, top-entry forged severe service ball valves are available in ½” through 4” sizes with socket weld, butt weld and flanged ends. Supplied in pressure classes from ASME 900 through 4500, Camseal ball valves provide significant savings in labor, materials and downtime. In-line renewability is typically accomplished within 30 minutes. The cartridge is conveniently removed for in-situ parts replacement and reassembly. No valve removal, welding and PWHT are required, which is especially important with F91 valves.

Camseal ball valves feature zero body, seat and stem leakage on manual and actuated valves. Each valve is manufactured in the USA to rigorous quality standards, including ASME, ISO 9001 and CE. Canadian Registration Numbers are available for all provinces. As a result, Camseal ball valves offer exceptionally reliable and long service life far beyond industry standards. Fire-safe, N stamp, TPD-1-2013 compliant, and full port valves are also available. Standard materials include carbon steel SA-105, stainless steel SA-182-F316/F316L, and alloys in SA-182-F22 and SA-182-F91/92. Other materials are available upon request.

The newly designed Stem Position Indicator Disc improves the accuracy of the stem and ball alignment into the valve seat. This is important in severe applications such as steam, where positive, sustainable shut-off is critical and even slight misalignments will compromise the ball/seat sealing integrity. The indicator is self-securing to the stem. No set screws are required. The indicator disc eliminates the need for features that have traditionally been used with less accuracy. This custom-engineered disc design has shown an alignment improvement of up to 3.5 times over conventional methods of position indication due to the minimization of part tolerance stack-up.

  • Swivldisc Gate Valve
Swivldisc® high-performance, severe service gate valves are available from Conval in ½” through 4” sizes in ASME pressure classes through 4500. A variety of materials and options are available....

  • Swivldisc® high-performance, severe service gate valves are available from Conval in ½” through 4” sizes in ASME pressure classes through #4500. Standard materials of construction are Carbon Steel 216 GR WCB, Chromalloy SA-217 GR WC9, SA-217 GR C12A and SA-351 CF3M. Other materials are available upon request. Options include bypass, air or motor actuators. The Swivldisc gate valve features a superior wedge gate design that employs a flexible disc. This disc permits the seating surface to achieve perfect alignment and establishes a tight seal that is not possible with standard wedge gates.
