  • Clampseal Globe Valves
Over 12,000 configurations of Y, angle and T-pattern globe stop, check and stop check valves....

  • Conval offers over 12,000 configurations of Clampseal® Y, angle and T-pattern globe stop, check, and stop check valves. These U.S.-made forged valves are available in ½" through 4" sizes through ASME #4500 Class with socket weld, butt weld, threaded, clamp connector, flanged ends or a variety of specials.  Materials include carbon steel SA105, low alloy SA 182-F22 and F91, stainless steel SA 182-F316, and SA 182-F347. Features include conformance to ASME B16.34; pressure seal bonnet for maintainability; quick-replacement packing chamber; single-piece gland with integral gland wrench; solid Stellite seating surfaces; and two-year warranty.

  • Camseal Metal-Seated Ball Valves
Metal-seated, forged ball valves available in ½” through 4” sizes with socket weld, butt weld and flanged ends, in pressure classes from ASME 900 through 4500....

  • Camseal© metal-seated, forged ball valves feature a Stem Position Indicator Disc for easy, precise on-site identification and inspection of the open-close status of the valve. This is especially important when adding an actuator to a valve or resetting valve actuation in the field. The high-quality severe service valves are available in ½” through 4” sizes with socket weld, butt weld and flanged ends, in pressure classes from ASME 900 through 4500.

The new Stem Position Indicator Disc design (patent pending) is intended to improve the accuracy of the stem and ball alignment into the valve seat. This is important in severe applications such as steam where positive, sustainable shut-off is critical and even slight mis-alignments will compromise the ball/seat sealing band. The indicator is self-securing to the stem. No set screws are required. The new disc eliminates the need for costly and multiple manufacturing features that have traditionally been used with less accuracy. This custom-engineered disc design has shown an alignment improvement of up to 3.5 times over conventional methods of position indication due to the minimization of part tolerance stack-up.

Patented, top-entry in-line renewable Camseal ball valves provide significant savings in labor, materials and downtime. In-line renewability is typically accomplished within 30-minutes in the event of process application abuse. The cartridge is conveniently removed for on-site parts replacement, reassembly and re-installation. No welding is required, which is especially important with F91 valves.

Camseal ball valves feature zero body, seat and stem leakage on stand-alone and actuated valves. Each valve is manufactured in the U.S.A. to rigorous global QA qualifications including ASME, ISO 9001, CE and Canadian Registration numbers for all provinces. As a result, Camseal ball valves offer exceptionally reliable and long life far beyond industry standards. Fire-safe, N and NPT stamp, TPD-1-2013 compliant, and full port valves are also available. Standard materials include carbon steel SA-105, stainless steel SA-182-F316/F316L, Alloy SA-182.F22 CI.3, SA-182-F91. Other materials are available upon request.

  • Clampseal Throttling Valves
Throttling Valves for severe service applications that require precise repeatable flow control and dependable shut-off. Available in ½” to 4” sizes through ASME Class 4500....

  • Throttling Valves are ideal for severe service applications that require precise repeatable flow control and dependable shut-off. The valves are available in ½” through 4” sizes through ASME Class 4500. Standard forging materials include SA 105, SA 182-F22, SA 182-F91, SA 182-F92, and SA 182-F316.

The venturi is an integral part of the removable seat. Both the seat and the stem assembly are easily changed in-line should modified flow characteristics be required or replacement necessary from excessive corrosion or erosion. The orifice is sized to keep fluid velocity across the seat below damaging levels. The exit orifice angle is designed to minimize downstream piping erosion and noise.

The simple and effective pressure seal bonnet provides ready access for servicing with no welds to cut or seal rings or gaskets to replace. The body-to-bonnet joint integrity is maintained through countless thermal cycles. The durable single-piece stainless steel gland contributes to the longevity of the valve.
