The FBI is looking for competitive candidates for the Special Agent position. After becoming a Special Agent, there are a number of skill specific tactical positions in high demand on both field office SWAT teams as well as within the Hostage Rescue Team (HRT). Competitive applicants will apply through the Tactical Recruiting Program (TRP). TRP helps identify applicants who have skill sets similar to individuals currently assigned to HRT as Tactical Operators, Mobility Operators, Tactical Helicopter Pilots, Tactical Paramedics, Tactical Special Agent Bomb Technician and Tactical Technically Trained Agents.
