The TraumaSim Emergency Tourniquet Trainer has been used extensively across the globe in Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) and Stop the Bleed style training since 2009. Its robust simulated leg with bleeding artery and realistic wounds connects to a simple pump. Simulated blood flowing from the wound is stopped when the tourniquet is correctly applied giving the user immediate feedback.

Applying a tourniquet is a lifesaving skill that becomes infinitely harder in the stress of battle. Practicing the skill on a trainer that actually bleeds gives users muscle memory and confidence that can make all the difference to the speed and certainty of application.
