  • A kit with marinade and breader mix for making Authentic Japanese Fried chicken morsels.

We have made it easy to make Authentic Karaage.  Cut 5lbs of chicken (Preferablly tigh meat) in ~20g chuncks, then add the marinade concentrate with equal amount of water (200g or 7oz), mix the marinade and chicken together then let it sit overnight or 6 hours.  In a separate pan pour out the Breader mix and coat eat piece of chicken before frying.  Fry at 360*F until cooked.  When ready traditional it is served with lemon wedge and a side of Japanese mayo topped with Shichimi Togarashi.  It can be enjoyed "as is" the flavor coming from inside the fried chicken morsel or add a desired sauce, such as Yurinchi.
