Rainbao Dumplings is an emerging leader in the Plant Forward Xiao Long Bao contract manufacturing industry. We can produce Plant-Based substrates and prepared meals to include assembly, packaging, and fulfillment in our climate-controlled facility. We’re on a mission to improve the health of people and planet with delicious dumplings that have the true taste and texture of animal proteins. Our next-generation, plant-forward dumplings are colorful and crafted from a short list of functional ingredients. We want to be proof that eating for change can be satisfying and healthy.
Our 7500 square foot facility with clean room allows us to bring more sustainable food to the masses. We also have a contract with a home/office delivery platform for distribution of prepared foods and beverages. Vertical farms supply our salad and micro greens. Vegetables from local farms allows us to cut down on carbon emissions. At Rainbao, we’re mindful of the journey of the food from the farm to your plate. We know that changing just one meal a day to plant-based can have a huge impact on health and the environment.
