EVIA controls HVAC, automates lighting, monitors refrigeration, and measures and controls electrical demand. EVIA BY EKTOS is an open protocol system, making it easy to connect and control many different types of smart equipment in your building. If your equipment has BACnet, Modbus, or LONworks communication protocols, we can connect to it and provide you with valuable information and control options. DEMAND CONTROL

EVIA measures electrical demand over time, then uses historical data to regulate energy consumption during peak periods. As electrical demand approaches historical highs, EVIA will react by temporarily enacting energy savings modes.   EVIA tracks the total power consumed by the site daily.

FAILSAFES

EVIA is designed with failsafe features that allow operations to resume normally in the event of a system failure.  EVIA’s thermostats can run stand-alone with preset temperatures. 

ALERTS

Communication is a very valuable tool in daily restaurant operations. Communicating with staff, managers, supervisors and vendors sometimes seems a very daunting task as there are many layers to operating one restaurant. This multiplies when you have several locations you manage. With the EVIA by EKTOS system, one of our goals is to simplify the communication process when it comes to your building management by effectively communicating problematic areas that need attention.

The EVIA customizable alerting system is designed to communicate to staff on or off site of equipment issues. A red flashing bell will appear next to the equipment in question on the onsite interface and simultaneously issue a text message or email alert to other designated parties. On or off site staff can contact our trained EKTOS staff who can remotely run a diagnostic on the equipment in question and make recommendations based on the data. Multiple recipients can receive these alerts, and the alert designation can be tailored per recipient.

REMOTE ACCESS

EVIA offers secured remote access that can be viewed on cell phones, tablets and personal computers.  This allows you to connect to your restaurants with ease.  Remote access gives the ability to view sensors, adjust set points, override lighting, adjust schedules, add holiday hours and view historical graphing of all sensors.  

AFTER CARE AND SUPPORT

After your EVIA is installed and commissioned we do not abandon you!  EKTOS offers help desk providing system support.

WARRANTY

EKTOS offers a two year parts warranty on its EVIA systems.  After this period we offer an extended parts warranty to our customers.
